Orion Universal Pvt (LTD) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence by engaging with retailers in the marble industry and establishing long-term partnerships. Your primary responsibility will be to promote our high-quality marble products, persuade retailers to purchase from us, and secure contractual agreements for regular purchases.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target retailers in the marble industry within the designated territory (initially focused on Lahore).
  • Conduct regular visits to retailers' stores, build rapport, and establish strong business relationships.
  • Present and demonstrate the unique features and benefits of our premium marble products to potential buyers.
  • Understand retailers' needs, preferences, and market trends to effectively communicate the value proposition of our marble.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with retailers to secure purchase agreements and ensure mutual profitability.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to provide accurate product information, availability, and delivery schedules to retailers.
  • Proactively follow up with existing and potential clients to maintain strong relationships and address any concerns or inquiries.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, contribute to the growth of the company, and consistently represent the brand in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the construction materials or home improvement industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others effectively.
  • Strong self-motivation and drive to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a target-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of the marble industry, including understanding of different marble varieties, applications, and market dynamics, is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify customer needs, and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales activities.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
