Responsible for M&R complaints received from outlets and aligning the vendor as per requirement.
Dynamic coordination required between Outlets, HO and vendors.
Frequent store visits to supervise works & verify the invoices accordingly.
Carry out quality checks of recently completed maintenance and repair work and repair work to ensure work is carried out properly.
Have sufficient knowledge of MEP and Civil maintenance works.
Develop and manage complaint Data base, tracking all complaints on daily basis with compliance to response & Fix time agreed with Stakeholders
Prepare weekly and monthly Regional meetings to discuss operational performance (KPIs), issues and be able to propose resolution actions if required.
Verify invoices for work undertaken at retail store to validate the costs incurred are as invoiced.
Assess the extent of equipment repair or replacement requirements necessary at Retail Outlets and make recommendations for the most efficient and economic means of carrying out the required work.
