Job Description

  •  Maintain CEO’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.·
  • Answer and screen telephone calls, and respond to emails, messages and other correspondence and direct them when appropriate·
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
  • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
  • Take dictation and write correspondence.· Daily record keeping and filing of documents
  • Create and organize information, and generate reference tools for easy use.
  • Manage busy calendar, meeting coordination and travel arrangements.
  • Professionally greet and receive guests and clients.
  • Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance
