Job Description

• Finance business for all functions including commercial, manufacturing, supply chain, HR, IT and Finance
• Responsible for Financial planning of all group companies
• Developing functional dashboards and reporting mechanisms
• Supporting functional heads by sharing financial and non-financial data to drive performance excellence
• KPI development, monitoring, and reporting - dashboards
• Leading the annual budgeting & forecasting process
• Identifying opportunities for efficiency improvement and automation
• Preparing financial feasibilities
• Pricing, promotions, store expansion, marketing, promotions, special projects and new investments
• Driving Net Revenue improvement
• Dilution/ discount monitoring and management
• Post implementation reviews
• Developing and training talent within the Finance function
