Finalization of production and procurement audit areas and execution
Review findings and discussion with relevant HODs.
Presentation of findings to Higher management
Finalization of monthly analysis w.r.t production efficiency, piece rate wages, fabric leftover
Supervision of inhouse audit team for audit procedures to be performed.
Identification of Controls which can be automated through SAP
