OUTSOURCECARE is looking for female agents for Call Center projects (Customer Support, Dispatching etc)
Responsibilities:
- Take care of incoming Calls/Emails/Text Messages
- Making Outbound Calls to follow up when required
- Planning, Routing, Mapping (using Google Maps)
- Data Entry
- Creating Reports when demanded
- Maintaining documents online
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Candidate should be a fast learner
- Good Problem Solving Skills
- Familiarity with Google Sheets and MS Excel/Word is necessary
- Previous Call Center experience is preferred but not required.
- Able to work during the night
- Able to work Long-Term
We are looking for people who can think outside the box and are able to work long-term in the company.
The salary package will be offered based on the skill set of the candidate.
