Digital Marketing Trainee

We are a 100% remote IT & Human Resources services company with a team of 100+ people living and working remotely in 17 countries around the world. Our company was founded in Germany 27 years ago. To support our Digital Marketing Team, we are hiring Digital Marketing Trainees in Rabwah, Pakistan.

If you are available full-time (40 hours/week) to work with us, are interested in Digital Marketing and possess the characteristic of taking initiative and being committed, then we are looking for YOU! Working with us, these are the type of tasks you would be working on:

Supporting the marketing managers
Testing new marketing technologies and strategies for campaign segments (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
Monitoring and reporting of performance on the basis of relevant KPIs, conducting detailed analyses and developing concrete recommendations for action

What do you need to work with us? A laptop or PC, a stable internet connection and a quiet place to work. Then you are ready to go!

Your qualifications

BBA/MBA in Marketing
Knowledge of current trends and best practices in online marketing
Creative team player with strong conceptual and analytical skills
Very good English skills, both written and spoken
Hands-on mentality
IT know-how is beneficial
