Outsourcing4work began its inspirational journey in Germany almost 30 years ago. Today we have evolved into a diverse team of 200+ employees living and working remotely in over 20 countries worldwide. We were pushed into the remote working model by circumstances surrounding our founder’s health and have been operating remotely for over 10 years now. In the last couple of years, when the world was scrambling to crack remote work, we sailed through this turbulent era seamlessly because we had already mastered this work style and established ourselves as ‘Remote Gurus’. Now we guide other companies in the placement of remote IT professionals and in the fields of digital marketing, recruitment process outsourcing, and business process outsourcing. In order to render these services, we follow agile work methodology, which offers flexible processes and delivers speedy results.

What are we looking for?

To help our HR team, we are looking for long-term cooperation with a motivated Talent Sourcer.

If you are available full-time (48 hours/week), are a true organizational talent, and possess the characteristic of taking initiative and being committed, then we are looking for YOU!

Tasks you can expect to be working on:

  • You will coordinate with the European client hiring managers to determine position requirements
  • You will engage in active sourcing activities for our European clients to reach those candidates who are not actively looking for a job
  • You will identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search)
  • You will leverage various social media platforms and job portals (i.e. LinkedIn, Indeed, Xing, Github, X-Ray search) to help identify and connect with qualified candidates
  • You will perform initial screening for all the clients hiring projects assigned to you
  • You will manage the company’s candidate database and develop talent pool for future hiring needs
  • You will set up candidate interviews with our European clients

Your experience:

  • You have Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or a related subject
  • You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in talent sourcing or headhunting, representing a medium or large organization
  • You have an affinity for IT and are familiar with hiring platforms, HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs), Candidate Management Systems (CMSs) and MS Office Tools.
  • You have the ability to positively present our company and client to potential candidates, for open job roles
  • You have effective time-management abilities
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
