Purpose:

The purpose of this job is to generate Sales(Revenue) for company.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Place phone calls to potential clients from our computerized directory
  2. Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales program
  3. Answer potential clients’ questions about projects or goals
  4. Generate between 5 and 15 sales leads per day
  5. Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates’ schedules
  6. Maintain computer, telephone and other equipment
  7. Train other telemarketers when required
  8. Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to supervisory staff
  9. Refer customer complaints to supervisor for quality control
  10. Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times
  11. Keep yourself up to date with Market Knowledge
  12. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree holders (Female Only)
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year in sales (lead generation preferred).
  • Telemarketing experience is a plus

Skills:

  • Excellent phone manner and articulation
  • Good Analytical and decision making skills
  • Good Communication and Persuasive Skills
