We are HIRING Telesales Verifier Officer for USA Campaigns.

  • Overstep Services, a fast-paced and career growing Company is seeking to hire self-motivated, tenacious, and enthusiastic individuals in the following roles.

Requirements :

  • Qualification: HSC/ Graduate
  • American Accent 
  • Good Communication & confidence
  • Experience candidate 
  • Verifying sales calls after completing the call from the sales representative.
  • Interacting with the customers about the sales information given by the sales Representative.
  • Identifying when the customer is the right party or third party who is interacting with the Sales representative.
  • Approving or rejecting the sales calls after verifying with certain details with the Customers and tracking the same.
  • If rejected, sharing the feedback to the respective sales managers.
  • Attending meetings with Quality assurance team and sharing the new updates to Sales teams.
  • Monitoring the calls and sharing feedback to the sales representative.
