§ Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
§ Provide counseling on policies and procedures
§ Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing jobs descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
§ Create and implement effective on-boarding plans
§ Develop training and development programs, prepare budgets and seek approval from senior management
§ Assist in performance management processes
§ Support the management of disciplinary and grievances issues
§ Maintain employee records (attendance, equal employment opportunity etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
§ Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance requirements
§ Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
§ Conducting proactive and reactive “Training Need Assessment” at least twice a year
§ Formulate training calendar and get it approved from the Head of HR
§ Deliver trainings on various skills including soft skills, technical skills and managerial skills and prepare reports regarding trainings carried out throughout the month
§ Liaison with various training companies for customized and open enrolment programs
§ Representing PackTech Pvt Ltd at various forums
