To manage the day to day operations and give the target of the day on the basis of Monthly target.
Monitor Daily team efficiency with given target.
Monitor daily receiving's of goods and ensure it to receive in system after the inspection criteria.
Monitor the daily stock transfers which are dispatched for concern Style unit/inter transfer to units.
Trigger the stock levels and managing space area for upcoming shipments.
Monitor monthly stock inventory audits and make sure done with 100% accuracy. Also trigger the issue in case of any discrepancy.
Working on Style Campus Project with best atomization of warehouse racking designs and layouts.
Calculate the space utilization with best efforts.
Reduce the stock levels through best planning.
Ensure the working environment with safe and secure/implement warehouse safety for each person.
Physically Checking of Material, and Closing Periodically as per Directions.
Handling warehouse & controlling stock..
Fixing Appointments & handling customers Supply chain status update on a weekly basis.
Receiving of shipments and count it physically and electronically in order to ensure the accuracy of information
Recorded all incoming and outgoing materials through excel.
Made actual inventory every three months..
Informing the site project Manager and Engineer for unavailable stocks of materials.
Site Material Control Coordination.
Making a report to the site project manager about the delivery of materials..
To maintain all relevant file of store. .
Monitor stock levels and ensure that appropriate action is taken to raise purchase requisitions before
Control all functions of Documentation involved in procurement, in order to ensure timely delivery of material.
Ensures that all the materials to be dispatched/ shipped are as per the purchase order/ packing list.
Review and control all documentation for maintaining the minimum order level.
Coordinating with the production department.
Tracking of Vehicles /Checking of Vehicles.
Checking and filing records regarding the inventory stock status of the materials.
Ensuring that the materials are always place on their proper locations.
