Experience

Facilitator must have relevant academic qualification
Must be registered with Government authority or regulatory body in Pakistan. (for firm)
Must have valid NTN / FTN/GST in name of the consultant/Firm/institute
international organizations, donors and evaluating projects. Especially experience in the evaluation of BMZ funded projects.

Relevant Past Experience Profile and experience of the consultant/ firm/institution in relation to subject of the present assignment. with supporting documentation (List of assignments undertaken with a brief description of data variables; client name; geographical region; time period)

Implementation Strategy/Methodology Contractor’s understanding of the conduct of the assignment explaining how they propose to perform their tasks in order to ensure quality and timely delivery of the objectives work plan and requirements set out under the TORs.

- Maximum Score = 20

Key expert - Education/Qualification

- Maximum Score = 20

Key expert – Relevant Work experience

- Maximum Score = 20

Financial Proposal (Total Marks for Financial Proposal)

- Maximum Score = 20
