Job Description

Not a typical target based job but we do keep records of performance.
Ensuring availability at office hours & ensuring 90%+ occupancy at all times
Dealing with client/customer queries and giving follow-ups
Accepting client/customer queries and ensuring proper and within time response.
Ensuring that you provides a professional and friendly service to our clients/customers (keep in mind customer service thumb rules)
Handling all sales correspondence and conversions following Sales Process for the assigned Leads
Ensure a high level of product knowledge at all times
Projecting the right brand image during sales communication with clients/customers
Adhering to all kind of grooming standards keeping in mind that this is a customer-related position
Candidates who can prove their skills are highly encouraged to apply
