Pak-Turk Maarif International Schools & Colleges require Human Resource Officer for our Head Office at Islamabad.
The incumbent should have relevant qualification and experience of at least three years, preferable in private schools.
Create implement and evaluate of HR policies, procedures, and structures.
Having experience on performance evaluation systems.
Having experience on employee satisfaction surveys.
Having experience of payroll management.
Responds the queries of employees.
Experienced on employees benefits.
Having professional Microsoft Office skills.
Willing to travel over national locations.
Adapts for flexible working hours.
Fluency in English language and excellent communication skills.
Analytical thinking ability is a must.
At least 3 years Human Resources Management experience preferably in private education sector.
