Purpose and reporting line:
The IT Person will be responsible to maintain the computer networks, providing technical support, and ensuring the whole TMF Islamabad and Rawalpindi campuses run smoothly. IT Support will monitor and maintains the organization’s computer systems, install, and configure hardware and software, and solve technical issues as they arise.
He/she will be reported to IT Chief.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Resolve issues for staff via phone, in person, or electronically.
- Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company.
- Providing technical support across the campuses of Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
- Setting up accounts, emails and logins for new users.
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
- Testing new technology as recommended by the IT chief.
- Taking follow up with the staff to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
- To monitor the computer systems and a network of an all-school campuses.
- Performing any other task assigned by the Supervisor/ Management.
Job Specifications:
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
- Associate degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems (MIS).
- In depth knowledge of Windows 10, Mac OS, Microsoft Office 365.
- Familiarity with physical, network, and software security
