We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager – Technical & Operations to oversee and support our operational and technical teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations, technical excellence, quality assurance, and client satisfaction in line with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day technical and operational activities across assigned sites or departments.
Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment/facilities as per schedule.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and technical staff for project execution and issue resolution.
Monitor service level agreements (SLAs), KPIs, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Assist in budget planning, resource allocation, procurement, and cost optimization.
Conduct audits, inspections, and prepare reports for management review.
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best operational practices.
Provide hands-on technical support when required and troubleshoot operational issues.
Lead and mentor operational teams to improve performance and productivity.
Liaise with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
3–6 years of relevant experience in technical operations, facilities management, or similar field.
Strong knowledge of maintenance, technical systems, HSE, and operational planning.
Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools; knowledge of CMMS/ERP systems is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
