Pakistan Partnership Initiative is a collaborative endeavor with an objective to mobilize people and key resources for key partnerships, build capacities of local institutions/organizations and marginalized communities in Pakistan. Operating since September 2017, PPI is working together with emerging and developing organizations to facilitate organizational development and to provide development assistance to local communities at grass root level. PPI is looking for the Capacity Building Coordinator will report to senior programme Manager and CEO PPI. S/he will be responsible for the design, coordination and implementation of Capacity Building framework, OD plans for partners, training curriculum, manuals, modules as well as necessary training and learning materials. S/he will strengthen the capacity development work and will also work closely with private sector, non-government and civil society organizations/networks and PPI partners.
