Rigging Supervisor

Duties to include, but not limited to lead the crew and workers engaged in lifting & moving materials, & machines, using power operated equipments like cranes, hoists, winches etc.
Leads and controls skilled and work crews engaged in all activities concerned with the rigging aspects of the project / shut down with scheduled client duration/targets .
Ability to plan & optimize resources (manpower, equipment and material) to ensure efficient and timely completion of the work,
Able to demonstrate the good organizational skills, following procedures and work practices, and developing improvement and train subordinates where necessary.
Ability to read, interpret and follow method statements and procedures. Should be competent in reading / speaking and understanding the drawings etc.
Must be a good communicator. Able to give instructions in an efficient and effective way to his workforce. Supervises and coordinate activities of workers engaged in all rigging and lifting activities to ensure compliance with safety procedures and method statements.
Should familiar with heavy lift plan and procedures.
Supervises and coordinate activities of workers engaged in, for example, erecting vessels, columns, hoisting machinery & equipment such as structural beams, metal tanks, piping replacements in brown field jobs etc.
Specifies location for movement and erection of hoists and crane, using knowledge of various methods of sliding and lifting equipment''''s.
Compliance with the highest level of safety during all stages of project execution to avoid any type of incidents and or accidents.
.Supervisor should have third party certificate (TUV), and/or Certificate like ARAMCO, SABIC will be having added advantage.
