We are looking to hire "Real Estate Agents" on a 50:50 partnership basis. We will provide office space, marketing tools and training on using marketing tools . Agent will be posting ads, managing clients and get to keep 50% of the commission of every sale they make. Rest of the 50% will got to the office to manage all the office expenses.

- Experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

- Decent idea of technology but we will providing training, so they do not need to be experts.

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking.

- Maintain relationships with real estate clients by providing support, information and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities.

- Conduct market research to identify new real estate buying and selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

- Rent out apartments, houses, flats etc.

- Set up meetings with potential real estate clients.

- Resolve customer problems as needed, in coordination with management if required.

- Negotiate and close deals with real estate clients.
