Specific Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities:

Coordinate services and support of several PRCS Departments in order to deliver PRCS resources which lead to credible, individualized, highly-visible and strategic partnerships.
Maintain such relationships to deliver maximum value to PRCS. Relationships should result in successful, measurable revenue and visibility to PRCS.
Developing cultivation and fundraising strategies, creating proposals for funding priorities.
Point-of-contact for Donors to help grow their fundraising objectives and relationship with the Pakistan Red Crescent.
Any other task as may be assigned by the Competent Authority.

Qualification and Experience

Masters degree /16 years education from HEC recognized Institution/University in Communication, Business Administration, Public Relations, Journalism or related field.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in cause marketing, corporate philanthropy, corporate sales, promotions, retail sales advertising, cause marketing programs or public relations.
Maximum age limit upto 50 years.
Superb oral and written communication skills required as well as strong negotiation, presentation and liaison skills.
The candidate should have the ability to operate independently and deal effectively and persuasively with corporate executives, Management and Staff.

Pakistan Red Crescent (PRCS) is a statutory body constituted and governed by an “Act of Parliament”. It was founded in Pakistan on December 20, 1947 by an Order called “The Pakistan Red Cross Order” issued by Quaid-e-Azam, as Governor General of Pakistan and Founding President of the Society. The Society in its working draws inspiration from seven fundamental principles of the ‘Movement’, namely: Humanity, Impartiality, Neutrality, Independence, Voluntary Service, Unity and Universality.
