Specific Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities:

Knowledge of procurement processes, policies and procedures. and well aware of PPRA Rules.
Analyze and Evaluate purchase requisitions and recommendation for appropriate procurement method.
Preparation of various related to the issuance and award of tenders which may include approval to bid, prequalification requests, advertisements, potential supplier evaluation criteria, issuance of bid documents and tracking, regret letters and correlating of documents.
Maintenance of procurement records and vendor database.
Assist in the development of specifications for goods and services to be purchased.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to determine procurement needs, quality, and delivery requirements.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.

Qualification and Experience

B.com/BSC or Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University.
4-5 years experience in a reputed organization.
Maximum age Limit upto 40 years.
Excellent organization, verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with MS Outlook, MS Office are essential.

It was founded in Pakistan on December 20, 1947 by an Order called “The Pakistan Red Cross Order” issued by Quaid-e-Azam, as Governor General of Pakistan and Founding President of the Society.
