Specific Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities:

CBHFA Project: proposal, assessments, implementation, coordination, reporting (financial/narrative) financial reconciliations/Cash request
Expansion of health projects with the support of PNSs according to management decisions.
Conduct Health Technical Committee Meetings.
Ensue conduction of capacity building training and workshops of health staff (NHQ/PHQ).
To maintain inventory record of CBHFA items, and dispatch according to requirements.
To meet the inventory protocol.
Preparation of content and proposal for procurement of health items as per SOPs and budget limits
Prepare general approval and processing of CBHFA files
Compile and prepare Monthly, Quarterly and annual reports/ presentation required by PMER & partners
Ensure smooth correspondence and collaboration with PNS regarding the implementation of CBHFA related activities.
To conduct field monitoring visit and prepare monitoring report accordingly.
Any other tasks as may be assigned by the Competent Authority.

Qualification and Experience

Medical Graduate (MBBS) from PMDC recognized Institute.
Preferable MPH from recognized Institution/University.
5 years experience of programmatic approach.
Maximum Age Limit upto 45 years.
