- Performance Tuning including tuning/optimizing SQL, PL/SQL code.
- Design and develop Data base, Create Tables, Views, Indexes and Sequences.
- Work with technical team to define conceptual, logical and physical data models.
- Recommend and take action to solve database or business intelligence related problems. Manage incidents and escalation.
- Specify modifications of the database structures for an application.
- Estimate storage requirements for an application.
- Develop designs and scripts for the extraction, transformation, and loading of data from external sources.
- Enforce data integrity using integrity constraint and database triggers.
- Documentation of projects for Functional Requirement Spec (FRS), Use case Spec, ER-Diagram, Test Plan, and Test Script & Test Cases.
- Assist QA Teams for bug testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & System Integration Testing.
- Creativity with an eye to developing new and innovative solutions.
- Work with technical team to define conceptual, logical and physical data models.
- Well versed with RDBS concepts
- Basic knowledge of SQL Server RDBMS architecture & T-SQL coding.
