- Oversee the daily management of the legal function and provide accurate, timely and pragmatic legal advice to support the company’s Business.
- Monitor, measure and report on any legal issues, risks, opportunities and development in a timely manner
- Ensure awareness of any legal updates/regulatory changes and advise on any necessary change to company legal policy
- Conduct research and ensure adherence to the prevailing laws, draft, circulate to the management, review with the management, finalizing the draft and process signature or initial to the management
- Advise on and assist the management with all of legal documentations and issues within the organization
- Build and maintain a good relationship with Government Official and third party
- Liaison with the appointed lawyer or advisor, prepare evidence and supporting documents, review and revise any draft generated by the counsel
- Coordination with the company legal counsel
- Facilitate and collaborate with other divisions regarding legal and compliance matters
Requirements:
- Experiences in Corporate Legal and Compliance Division.
- Good analytical skill
- Deep understanding regarding corporate law
- Deep understanding regarding banking, finance market, and IT industry
- Good negotiation and mediation skill
- Good communication skill
- Positive attitude, integrity, efficient, team-work, discipline and adaptable
- English proficiency is a MUST (verbal and written)
- Licensed to practice law from the State Bar Association.
