Identification of GBV survivors and those at risk- beneficiaries at WGSS and health facilities.

Manage, coach and orient the PSS facilitators and WGSS supervisors on GBV Case Management.
Coordinate and ensure that work is completed according to guidelines and standards.
Ensure that all case management related M&E tools are utilized, information collected, analyzed and actions taken to ensure quality service provision.
Supervise and monitor case management action plans/safety plans for beneficiaries developed by Case Workers;
Ensure proper documentation of GBV cases and follow-up processes.
Work in close coordination with Project Manager on issues related to program and activities.
Work in close coordination with Sr. WPE Officer and regularly update GBV referral pathway in collaboration with Social Welfare Department, Health department and other service providers.
Participate and ensure participation in peer-to-peer or other capacity building initiatives implemented at the sector level.
Ensure participation in Field level case management coordination meetings and case conferences.
Engage with district level GBV service providers including government and non-government, for the establishment of case management system.
Organize individual weekly and monthly meetings with GBV Case Managers and GBV Case Workers.
Ensure that all date related to GBV Cases, counseling processes, success stories is collected, documented and analyzed and coordinated with Reporting Officer, MEAL Officer and Database Assistant on weekly, bia-monthly, monthly basis and quarterly basis.

PVDP is a Non-Governmental, Non-Political and Non-for-profit Organization established in 1999 with the aim to promote building of a just civil society by harnessing the creative energies of poor and underprivileged. Support initiatives for sustainable community based, gender sensitive development with particular focus on; Drinking Water Supply, Environmental sanitation, Education, Agriculture, Health & Nutrition, and Micro credit & Enterprise. Encourage, build and strengthen the technical and management capacity of development organizations (CBOs, NGOs and Government Line departments) to ensure sustainability of development initiatives. Create linkages between different stakeholders including development organizations (Private & Public) for sustainable development. PVDP Areas of Expertise: - Quality Education and increased enrolment - Life Skills Based Education - Non-Formal Education - Construction of Schools including Transitional Schools - HIV&AIDS - Maternal and Child Health Care - Child Protection - Community Based Disaster Risk Reduction - Livelihood and Livestock - Gender Based Violence - Water and Sanitation - Vocational Skills PVDP as a Resource NGO: We are known as a Resource Organization in Human and Institutional Development, Life Skills Based Education, HIV/AIDS and hence providing services to various organizations at the National level. PVDP Geographic Focus: PVDP have undertaken several sustainable developmental projects in its program areas within the Rural and Urban Pakistani communities and Afghan Refugee Camps. The Geographical areas of interventions include Northern Districts with hilly terrain, the plains of southern Districts and the more fertile areas of central districts. PVDP feels proud about their qualitative achievements in collaboration with different partners. PVDP sectorial Programmatic interventions are implemented in the central, southern and northern districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhuwa, FATA, PATA, PANA and AJK.
