Support MEAL Manager in establishing and make functional an efficient and action-oriented MEAL system for the project.
Assist the project evaluation exercises in collaboration with donor and head office MEAL manager
Help management in taking data driven-informed decisions based on monitoring, evaluation, and accountability and findings from the field.
Support the Meal Manager in implementation of MEAL plan and ensure that monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and program implementation data is regularly collected, updated and coordinated with relevant data management system on a regular basis.
Coordinate with Meal Manager, review and develop appropriate data collection tools and systems for monitor, evaluate the project goal and outcomes, assuring quality, and managing data according to internal and international standards.
In collaboration with the MEAL Manager and program teams, carry out regular participatory project monitoring, evaluation as well as activities according to agreed systems, procedures, and standards.
Extend needful support to program teams to track progress of the project activities in line with the agreed output and outcome level performance indicators and beneficiary numbers using standardized tools and systems, to establish/maintain data storage and dissemination systems.
Lead and Assist in the designing, collection and analysis of data and information for assessments, surveys, evaluations, assessment, audit and support and as required by the MEAL and program as per project requirements.
Promote accountability and ensure compliance with PVDP policies, global Humanitarian Standards for Quality and Accountability, including the complaint and response mechanism (CRM) and ensure client/benificiares feedbask is regularly recorded
Ensure that all data related to weekly, bi-monthly, monthly and quarter progress reports are regularly maintain, updated, coordinated with relevant sections and ready for progress reports.
Ensure documentation of lessons learnt from project implementation, monitoring, evaluation. success stories, human interest stories and most significant change stories are recorded and documented.
Carry out other such tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

PVDP is a Non-Governmental, Non-Political and Non-for-profit Organization established in 1999 with the aim to promote building of a just civil society by harnessing the creative energies of poor and underprivileged. PVDP is registered under societies Act 1860 (Registration No: 3226/5/2813). PVDP has successfully implemented a number of projects in the field of drinking Water supply, Sanitation, Primary & Reproductive Health, Education. Agriculture Promotion, HIV/AIDS awareness and Vocational Skills Development etc. Our Objectives: Support and develop replicable models and strategies for sustainable development based on community participation and local resource mobilization. Support initiatives for sustainable community based, gender sensitive development with particular focus on; Drinking Water Supply, Environmental sanitation, Education, Agriculture, Health & Nutrition, and Micro credit & Enterprise. Encourage, build and strengthen the technical and management capacity of development organizations (CBOs, NGOs and Government Line departments) to ensure sustainability of development initiatives. Create linkages between different stakeholders including development organizations (Private & Public) for sustainable development. PVDP Areas of Expertise: - Quality Education and increased enrolment - Life Skills Based Education - Non-Formal Education - Construction of Schools including Transitional Schools - HIV&AIDS - Maternal and Child Health Care - Child Protection - Community Based Disaster Risk Reduction - Livelihood and Livestock - Gender Based Violence - Water and Sanitation - Vocational Skills PVDP as a Resource NGO: We are known as a Resource Organization in Human and Institutional Development, Life Skills Based Education, HIV/AIDS and hence providing services to various organizations at the National level. PVDP Geographic Focus: PVDP have undertaken several sustainable developmental projects in its program areas within the Rural and Urban Pakistani communities and Afghan Refugee Camps. The Geographical areas of interventions include Northern Districts with hilly terrain, the plains of southern Districts and the more fertile areas of central districts. PVDP feels proud about their qualitative achievements in collaboration with different partners. PVDP sectorial Programmatic interventions are implemented in the central, southern and northern districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhuwa, FATA, PATA, PANA and AJK.
