Pakpal Products (Pvt) Ltd., a Tea company based in Islamabad looking for an individual who have experience in Sales and Marketing ideally from the background of FMCG, Food, Tea, or Beverages industry. Who is passionate to do unique things, learn and grow in their fields to become a leader who can assist, lead and collaborative with other departments.

This challenging role requires the following:

·         Responsible for sales and distribution to the assigned area for all the brand(s) manufactured by the company (Local/KPK/Northern Area)

·         Responsible to recruit and develop new distribution channels and distribution ships in the required region

·         Responsible for achieving the sales target in terms of volume and revenue on monthly and quarterly basis

·         Responsible for monitoring, handling the supply, product availability, recovery collection targets, and visibility issues

·         Responsible for area visit planning and route's restructuring for cost effective distribution and to acquire enhance sales opportunities

·         Ensure effective implementation of Channel Strategies and develop high over all Sales force performance in merchandising

·         Analysis of the competitor's activities in the area assigned, design and implement the sales & distribution structure, route/shop, coverage plans and sales policies accordingly

·         Developed the Annual Sales Operating Plan in line with the company's vision

·         Train, motivate, coach and maintain a high energy/high caliber sales team at distribution end

·         Development and placement of branding apparatus such as signage, liaison & work closely with ATB/BTL agencies & suppliers perform trade visits to ensure optimum implementation of activities, with a view to enhance promotional activities and sustain brand presence, recall and product merchandising

·         Design and execute different Promotional trade activities in different regions according to  consumer behaviour and market requirement

·         Develop and execute different consumer sale promotions to enhance consumer awareness

·         Develop strategy and implementation for institutional, and digital channel sales
