QC - Production Officer

We are a Tea company based in Islamabad looking for an individual who have experience of QC in the Food, Tea, or Beverages industry. This challenging role will also need a self-driven individual who can assist our production operations along with the quality control process in the provided lab facility.

We are looking for a talented and self-driven individual with background in manufacturing, FMCG, Tea, beverages and or production of products, who is passionate to do unique things, learn every day and grow in their fields to become managers.

Main Responsibilities:

· Interested candidate needs to be very detail oriented and proficient with paperwork.

· YOU MUST HOLD A DEGREE IN FOOD SCIENCES to apply for this job role

· Analyze the food preservation process and quality during preservations, food safety measures

· Check & maintain recipes of production

· Check & maintain Hygiene and QC/AQ matters of product

· Work on product development & nutrition calculations related aspects

· Act as a production In-charge of Plant

· Plan & line up productions according to the sales forecast

· Maintain product temperatures & other aspects of production line

· Responsible for operational activities of production, storage & maintain records of inventories

· Knowledge about the PS, ISO standards and Critical Control Point in food process

· Knowledge of how to perform the microbiological and chemical testing of finished products

· Lab paper work and record keeping of all test etc

· Knowledge of all antibiotic testing, lab equipment maintains and its calibrations (Training will be provided for all tests in the lab

· Effective communication with all departments and managements

· Responsible for Raw Material inventory, tea tasting, testing and blending operation with production department

· Responsible for adhering to food safety and quality system requirements
