- Overlooking all internal audit department related matters.
- Prepare and keep updating the Internal Audit Charter of the organization in line with the international standards and company's business processes.
- Develop risk - based annual audit plans detailing the scope, nature and timing of audit activities spread over monthly audit schedules.
- Responsible to perform retail outlets, raw material store and finished good warehouse audit on Monthly basis, prepare audit report and directly submit to Chairman.
- Responsible to perform monthly cash audit directly by checking the cash account on monthly basis and submit report to Chairman.
- Responsible to perform pre-audit activities by verifying sales and retail vouchers.
- Responsible to audit all the billing from Production side (Confirmation of rates of third part contractors, piece rates and comparison / verification with bills).
- Monthly Verification of Payroll sheet once it is made, before the issuance of salaries.
- Prepare audit reports in line with the approved audit plan.
- Discuss audit findings and recommendations with line managers and report significant issues to Chairman.
- Monitor the timely implementation of the management actions recommended in the audit reports.
- Assist the development of an internal control culture, including training to staff.
- Ensure Compliance for External Audits & arrange the periodic external audits of the company.
- Succession Planning: Develop team as a successor of himself.
