- Produces reports based on the sales of employees in the sales department
- Acts as a liaison between various branches of the company and customers

- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
- Ability to clearly communicate, expressing requirements and expectations to a wide range of individuals.
- Takes the team lead to meet sales goals as provided by upper management
- Meets with people in other departments to help sales people
- Creates new and innovative ideas to simplify needs and executions
- Ensure adherence to laws and policies of company
