Candidate should have 10 years+ experience in C# and SQL Server development.

Candidate should be very capable in:

C#, .Net Framework, Linq, Entity Framework, WPF
TSQL/SQL Server

Desirable skills:

Web technologies esp. Angular 2 or above.
.Net Core.
DBA.
Excel development.
Knowledge of mailing/parcel delivery industry.

Candidate should be highly competent in all general software engineering disciplines:

OO analysis & design.
Test driven development.
· Version Control. Git Hub.
· Documentation.

Good English and communication skills are essential.

Paradigm Interactive is a Microsoft development consultancy. We have been established for 20 years. We are a small distributed team of senior freelance software engineers. The candidate would be expected to work from their office/home and collaborate online.

Our main client P2P Mailing is a major UK player in international e-commerce parcel delivery. We have developed their systems since they started eight years ago. Due to the innovation of a new product and our software they have grown exponentially. They have been acquired by FedEx. We are undergoing a program of new development and roll out to five new global locations.
