Maintain accounting records.
Verification of Accounts Payable/Receivable.
Maintenance of Fixed Asset Records, Invoicing, Computational Finance, Bookkeeping, Payroll & Tax Processing, Reporting, accounts reconciliations.
Handle and Manage Petty Cash.
Upon requirement preparation of the organization’s monthly bank reconciliations.
Ensuring of payroll Entries .
Ensuring preparation of daily banking.
Preparing & Posting Month End Prepaid Vouchers.
Carrying out annual physical verification of fixed assets with reference to the fixed asset register.
Preparation of physical verification reports and submit to the management.
Filing of the documents related to accounts department.
Processing of payments and documents such as invoices, journal vouchers, employee reimbursements, and statements.
Making rent Cheques of all branches and dispatch or deposit rent cheques and post vouchering.
Post expense entries & Western Union Settlement of Head Office entries.
Reconciliation of financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Correspondence with branches with respect to accounting and financial matters.
Any other task assigned by the line manager.
