Under direction of Manager Finance, the internal auditor is responsible for the timely execution of internal audits in accordance with the Monthly & Annual Audit plan.

Responsible to ensure Internal Controls regarding costs
To Develop and Ensure Secure Business Processes
To Work and Develop Improved Statistical Models
Product Costing
To Prepare/ Verify Product Cost Analysis (PCA)
Can work solely in Implementation of Costing Module in Oracle based ERP under supervision of Manager Finance.
Create Deals with Costing which can boost business portfolio.
To Report Item/ Class Wise Profit & Loss
Assist in Preparation of Unit Wise and Consolidated Financial Statements
To Prepare Unit Wise Performance Reports
To Audit Payments (Inventory, Capex and General)
Preparation of PNL statements restaurant wise
To Report Observations and Recommendations of Secure Business Processes
Responsible for Assisting In Development of different ERP Modules
To work on KPI (ratio analysis) on regular basis and identify the weaker parts of the business.

Skills Required

Excellent skills on Internal Audit, Internal Controls preferably food industry.
Strong analytical, written/verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
Ability to adapt to change quickly and multi-task.
ERP Systems knowledge and familiarity.
