Responsibilities and Tasks
· Organize visits to the field and sales related as and when required
· Demonstrating and presenting products and establish new business clients
· Maintain accurate record of the sale and client’s database
· Aiming to achieve monthly and annual targets
· To find prospects and help generate leads
· Stay up to date with the latest sales and marketing trends and the best practice in market
· Giving sales presentations to the range of potential clients and when required
· Receive deposits and balance payments from clients
· Answering clients’ questions about products, credit terms, prices and availability
· Coordinating sales efforts with marketing progress
· Maintain confidentiality of business at all times
· Reach out clients and demonstrate services and products through email and phones and using other communication means like social media, print media etc.
· Execute efforts to sale at least 5 plots (fresh sale) each month.
· Any other task assigned by supervisor related to job.
