Path Solutions is looking to hire a Senior Business Analyst for its development center in Karachi , Pakistan .

Candidate should have good experience in CRM in banking sector.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

University degree in Banking & Finance (BA or MA).

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the banking sector.

• Basic knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.

• Understanding and knowledge of MS Dynamic CRM system technologies is a major plus.

• Demonstrable working experience in any of the following Retail/Corporate Banking, financial services, Omni-Channel business processes, digital payments, online and mobile platforms, etc.

• Ability to conduct demos, presentations and trainings.

• Ability to identify business/system needs and recommend solutions to satisfy financial sector’s needs.

• Demonstrated evidence of analyzing and documenting complex business processes and system flows.

• Ability to influence stakeholders with diverse points of view and maintain grounded and productive discussions.

• Ability to deliver and meet deadlines while interacting with multiple teams and stakeholders.

• Team player with strong interpersonal skills (good listener, ability to communicate with business and technical people) and initiative, excellent communication skills, critical thinking.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to identify problems and seek solutions.

• Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills, oral and written, with the ability to tailor messages to a diverse audience.

• Passionate and vocal, balanced with a willingness to learn and collaborate

• Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate effort according to business need and industry trends.

• Microsoft certifications are a plus.

• Technically savvy in MS office tools like MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Good command of English.
