Primary function/purpose

This position exists to help the program team in managing PAVE and She Leads training and capacity-building initiatives. The PAVE and She Leads Training Specialist as a consultant will support the design, implementation, monitoring, reporting, and documentation of the organization’s PAVE and She Leads training interventions, across Pakistan, planned under multiple donor-funded initiatives.

Major duties and responsibilities

  • Design/adjust PAVE and She Leads curriculum for community level and Government counterpart staff training
  • Develop and conduct training needs assessments for multiple public and private sector stakeholders
  • Design PAVE and She Leads training program for public sector department’s women staff based on the training needs assessment
  • Analyze training needs assessment data for public and private sector stakeholders and develop presentations/reports accordingly
  • Design and develop training plan/s, targeting public and private sector stakeholders
  • Develop/translate training materials e.g. handbooks, trainer manuals, monitoring and documentation instruments, training reports, etc.
  • Conduct trainings of Mater Trainers, Training Monitors, and Trainees according to the approved plans
  • Assist in holding progress reviews and lessons learned workshops/events
  • Review and analyze training reports, monitoring reports, and training progress updates
