Paysys Labs (Pvt) Ltd. is actively recruiting for the position of Admin Officer with the below skill sets:

To direct & control the activities of Administration Department so as to achieve the company objectives with regards to “Excellence”.
To ensure for appropriate working environment for all employees of the company.
To monitor/supervise proper provisions of office furniture & fixture, and safety/security measures etc.
To monitor and control the admin expenses within the budgetary provisions.
To manage Stationery Requirements for all employees.
To monitor and manage office mess/kitchen.
To handle health insurance claims/issues and complete all necessary documentation.
To look after all assets of the company and ensure that all assets are safe and in good conditions.
To handle all complaints/issues regarding water, electricity and telephones.
Responsible for janitorial services/cleanliness of the office and Health and Safety of the employees.
Make travel arrangements (includes visa and ticket) and reservations, as well as correspondence with respective embassy.
Liaison with authorities like DMC, KMC etc.
Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.

Requirement:

Proven work experience of at least 2 years
In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations
Hands on experience with MS Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Decision making skills
Bachelor’s degree
