Perform research and development activities for new product development and product improvements.
Develops new and improved methods and systems for food processing, production, quality control, packaging, and distribution.
Research methods and apply them to improve food quality like flavor, appearance texture, aroma, nutritional value, convenience and other related attributes to maximize the customer’s experience.
Tests new and existing products in test kitchen using multiple test methods for a wide variety of purposes and objectives.
Assist in conducting production tests and can follow direction with no problems for commercializing products.
Creates new and improved product samples for both testing internally and providing prototypes for potential clients.
Consults and intelligently discusses with experts and specialists in all fields like ingredients, packaging, food process, machinery, sales & Marketing, and other related areas.
Meet with vendors to acquire and discuss new product ingredients and packaging.
