A leading Printing & Packaging Company urgently requires "Assistant Manager Production" The candidate should be MSc/BSc in business administrtion or relevant field, having at least 3-4 years of experience in printing industry as "Assistant Manager Production" or Senior Production Officer.

Deep knowledge of production management, able to work under pressure and motivate others to meet tight deadlines.
Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.
Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts.
Experience in reporting on key production metrics, proficient in MS Office and ERP software.
Outstanding communication ability.
Excellent organizational and leaderships skills.
Attention to detail.
Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.
