A leading Printing & Packaging Company urgently require an Executive Human Resources (Male).
The candidate should be MBA/BBA in Human Resource Management, having 1-2 years of experience as Executive HR.
Basic understanding of labour laws, proficient in MS Office, familiar with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) software and resume databases, problem-solving skills, good interpersonal skills, must able to communicate clearly both written and orally.
Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback.
