Prepare and implement strategy to create brand awareness among the target market
Preparing and delivering marketing plans within key objectives
Generating and executing marketing campaigns across social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, & YouTube

Assist manager in the successful implementation of strategy.
Writing copy for all marketing collateral, including brochures, letters, emails, messages and websites.
Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
Attract new customer and develop their products.
Design and develop promotional material
Develop whole year budget and approve it from Managing Director through the reporting channel of Assistant Manager Marketing & Sales.

Sales Related

Prepare strategy to achieve sales targets.
Arrange meetings with potential customers
Visit potential customers for new business
Develop and maintain good relationships with customers.
Provide accurate quotations to customers with the coordination of account/finance department.
Negotiating the terms of an agreement with a view to closing sales
Represent company in different trade exhibitions, events and conference.
Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
Listen costumer wishes and concerns carefully and solve it.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Ensure the availability of stock for sales
Collaborate with team to achieve better results

Planning Related

Planning A-Z for upcoming orders.
Already gained orders must be documented trough proper channels
Material planning, machine planning and schedule will be done in depth and responsible to keep on streamline track with planning staff.
Keep records
Keep ensuring that customers are satisfied plus process is planned in a way that controls wastages and increase productivity.
