Telephone Opertor / Receptionist

A leading Printing & Packaging Company urgently requires Male Telephone Operator cum Receptionist. Qualification; Bachelor's degree in any discipline, having minimum 1-2 years' experience as Telephone Operator cum Receptionist, professional appearance.

Solid communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise, ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure, understand the telephone operator board of PABX switchboard operations. Knowledge of 'back-office" computer systems (ERP Software). Working knowledge of office equipment.

Thorough understanding of office management procedures, excellent organizatinal and time managment skills.
