About Pegasus

Pegasus Mortgages Lending Center is a boutique multi-national mortgage brokerage with offices in Toronto, Canada, and Miami, USA. We work with a variety of banks, professional associations, alternative and private lenders. We are looking for a visionary, driven self-starter to be our Marketing Coordinator. Major Responsibilities:

Develop content pillars and social calendars aligned with KPI’s, business objectives, corporate priorities, and overarching marketing and social.
Research, craft, and publish interactive, thoughtful, intelligent, and provoking content that encourages community participation.
Define and improve community management and content development processes. Proactively escalate issues, trends, opportunities, and insights through the relevant channels in a timely manner.
Collaborate with marketing team members for content and design ideas.
Develop and implement inbound marketing strategies and campaigns.
Create and manage content, including blog posts, social media posts, and email marketing.
Work with the social media manager to design social media graphics and content (paid and organic).
Work with internal team members to create and design content for internal screens.
Upload content on company website based on specifications of the marketing manager.
Develop, produce, and update various internal and external corporate forms, schedules, manuals, presentations and templates as needed.
Follow and maintain Pegasus brand guidelines to ensure brand standard are met across all Pegasus department, campaigns and public relationship materials.
Contribute to the development of strategic marketing plans in support of Pegasus objectives.
Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines
Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement
Analyze performance results using statistical techniques and analytics tools and translate that data into actionable insights.
Measure and report on the success of marketing campaigns, using metrics such as website traffic, leads, and conversions.

Required Experience:

Degree in Marketing, or Communications
Minimum 3 years in experience in operations marketing roles and positions
Minimum 3 years experience in digital social media marketing
Minimum 2 years experience in analytics, trends and data
Experience managing cross-channel marketing automation and campaign management tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Infor, Adobe Cloud, etc..
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with a strong customer-focus orientation - demonstrates a vocal and confident style; shares thoughts and opinions and presents ideas with conviction and courage and has a passion for sales excellence
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
A desire to learn and grow in the marketing field

Other Requirement:

A desktop workstation based on our specifications with 2 hours battery backup
A headset microphones
Internet with backup power
Electricity backup (Ups/Generator/Others)
Dedicated area/separate room for work

Salary:

Compensation: 80,000-110,000 PKR Per Month
Final Salary to be determined based on experience, certifications, and qualifications
