Review and ensure the implementation of all Environmental & Occupational Health & Safety (EOHS) procedures
Responsible for ensuring the safety of offices working environment
Review and approve Penna Overseas Corp. annual EOHS plan
Ensure that the offices are in full compliance with the latest EOHS laws and regulations and ensure its implementation
Review regulations and information on environmental and occupational health and safety issues and continually be abreast of industry trends
Plan the development and provision of Health and Safety trainings to increase the environmental awareness of Penna Overseas Corporation employees
Constantly observe the work environment, identify probable risks and ensure prevention of accidents
Review accident reports; analyse all causes and effects and take the required preventive action
Responsible for Health and safety Committee
Assure all fire fighting systems are fully maintained and ready for any emergency
Assure all first aid kits are distributed sufficiently, checked and refilled systematically
Assure Risk Asessment Process for every department.
