A non for profit organization engaged in support of vulnerable communities through its programmes for Orphan kind, Thirst Relief, Emergency Response, Healthcare and Feed Our World in various areas all over the country. Organization is seeking a highly motivated, dynamic individual to support the positive engagement of the intervention. Under the direct supervision of the Programme Manger Implementation, the Field Coordinator Sindh based in District Tharparkar/Sukkur with Regular visits to other projects is expected to perform the following tasks;

Overall Management & Accountability:

· Ensure that partner organizations are ensuring minimum standards in feedback collection (Pictures/videos) of the project.

· Support the relevant teams through various administrative duties

· Keep the record of all expenses and submit invoices/bills to Main office/Line Manager for approval and record keeping.

· Carry out assessments for proposed project and verify the needs submitted by the partner organizations.

· Review Partner organizations documentations and provide technical support as and when required.

Representation & Coordination:

· Keep close coordination with district line departments and administrations.

· Highlight Penny Appeal at various forums in the district and region. Attend regular coordination meetings.

· Keep close liaison and coordination with PAPK partner organizations and provide timely support as and when required.

Monitoring & Reporting

· Visit to the project sites to collect data and information as per provided guidelines.

· Carry out spot checks and monitor partner organizations interventions funded by Penny Appeal,

· Carry out final field verification visit and assessment of every completed project in the District Tharparkar and periodically in Sindh/Baluchistan province.

· Review and check all the project documents as per presubscribed checklists.

· Submit visit findings, and report on regular basis.

· Collect success stories from the field and share these with the country office.

Facilitate visitor/PA media team

· Facilitate Local, National international staff visits, donors visits and support them in logistics, field visits and coordination with government and partners.

· Facilitate PAPK media coverage teams in field, meetings with beneficiaries.

Perform any other activities as assigned by supervisor.

Additional Requirements:

· Can complete tough tasks with in the assigned time.

· Can work under pressure with minimum errors.

Able to travel in the field (if required) especially to the remote locations in a challenging environment.
