Major duties:-
 Implementing and designing communication networks with vendors, Makkays & IBM with in
PKLI & RC ,HPTP and remote sites of HPTC in Punjab
 Deployment of Network Nodes with the collaboration of IBM team
 Reporting network operational status by gathering information and update to higher
management
 Diagnose and troubleshoot network and technical issues and outages
 Align with Turkish Team Havelson while redressing SISOFT issues
 Monitor system resource utilization and capacity planning
 Troubleshooting and solving networking issues - TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and Layer 2/3 network
devices

 Implementation of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field as per defined standard operating procedures (SOP) for PTCL
 Responsible for the planning and designing of an organization's systems infrastructure and Intranet Network deployment
 Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults, replacing parts as required
 Deployment of Access Card Scanner (ACS) machines in Gujranwala Telecom Region (GTR)
 Installation of Bio-Metric device for activation of Wireless & Broadband Connectivity
 Fault isolation and diagnostic support to the field staff
 Network performance management and assistance to technical staff
 Monitors the performance of Routers ,Switches, Modems and Systems
 Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular environment
 Managing daily activities by coordinating with system technicians
 Design and implement system security and data assurance
 Generate contingency plans in case of system failure
 Identify departmental needs and make suggestions regarding technical direction
 Supporting the roll-out of new applications
 Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
 Task reporting on daily, weekly and monthly basis

Supervising SAP Business One, diagnosis and resolution of network services of organization
Major duties:-
 Installation, Configuration and Administration of Windows Servers 2012/2008, Active
Directory, FTP, DHCP & Printer Server
 Configuring VLANs on CISCO 2960 Switches
 Develops and maintains SAP Server schedules, SAP License rotation, module management
and Adds-on configurations
 Building a complete LAN and WLAN Network infrastructure for newly build workshops and
warehouses
 Installation & configuration of 65 HD CCTV cameras at several production plants
 Write and maintain network security policies and monitor compliance
 Hire and manage information systems personnel and contractors to design, implement SOPs
 Troubleshoot and secure all technology issues of WLAN, SAP Network and SAP Client issues

 Controlling the whole network using Mikrotik Router Equipment
 Analyze and develop appropriate system concepts and layouts
 Monitor Network usage and setting up user accounts, permissions and passwords
 Complete Deployment of Video Calling setup
 Configuration of networking equipment and network servers
 Install all new hardware, systems, and software for networks & Plans and supports network and computing infrastructure
 Handles 200+ nodes on LAN
 Remotely Configure & Troubleshooting of Routers, Switches & other network devices.
 Configuration & Troubleshooting of Cisco Network Switches and Router
 Mikrotik Routing Equipments (Router Boards & Router OS)
 Configuration of VLAN, Configuration of Static and Dynamic Routing

 Entertaining the NMS alarm assigning, surveillance, control and fault management
