In float glass industry Managed Construction of different Rcc structures i.e Glass Melting, Molding, Coldend & Packing Buildings, Glass storage ware house, Overhead water tank, chimney, underground water tank and power house building.

Ensure that works are being constructed to the latest construction drawings.
Liaise with design office Engineers for modification in construction drawings.
Inspect All construction Activities at each stage after RFI’s raised by contractor.
Orient inspectors to verify that contractors is following quality assurance and health & safety plans.
Review the Contractor’s Progress at all times and review progress reports.
Monitor the material incorporated in the work, the materials stored at site, and contractor’s manpower and equipment.
Plan/Organize weekly, monthly & other progress meeting to identify constraints and recommended corrective measures.
