2- Ensuring all works is covered/provided with proper inspection request/works request prior to its execution.
3- Routine inspection and enforced consultant role in project implementation.
4- Follow ups of weekly and monthly reports for all work done, reconciliation of materials, construction quantities.
5- Supervise all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site based personnel.
6- Implementation of work according to drawing & specification.
7- Coordinate with Subcontractors; monitor their performance with respect to project schedule.
8- Supervision of Earth work activities like cutting and filling as per project specifications.
9- Dealing with sub-contractors, arrange rental equipment.
10- Sufficient plant and machinery provision for the different activities.
