• Leading Supply Chain activities across country, ensuring that this aligns to the Global and Regional supply chain and business strategies. Mainly involved in Planning, Sales and Operations Planning, Demand Management, Control Services, Asset Management, Process Innovations, Product Portfolio Optimization, Warehousing, Transportation and selecting best-in-class services to deliver products within lead-time because considering investments, working capital and holding cost.
• Being a 3PL Specialists, responsible for continuous process improvement in the areas of supply chain, operations and Transport asset management.
• Ensuring innovation helps to improve the existing SCM operations in terms of cost optimization, improving service to drive a more agile supply chain. ‘As-is versus to-be’ modeling and associated road mapping derived from performance data analysis, supply chain and financial modeling in support of logistics optimization.
• Efficiently manage large amounts of data to produce clean, concise, standardized and ad-hoc reports and presentations utilizing the Climax and Microsoft Office suite of programs.
• Create and generate weekly and monthly reports and performance analyses of KPIs, including; forecast accuracy, on hand vs. on order, shipping vs. on order. future demand; analyze sales, market trends, Airlines/shipping line capacity and shipper/consignee strategies to develop accurate forecasts.
